We had an amazing experience at this hotel. It is close to the city center of Kaluga, and we loved the modern and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the free wifi and parking. We had a great time at the hotel gym which was well-equipped. Moreover, the staff was extremely friendly and patient; they even gave us a free cup of milk for our child. Lastly, the location of the hotel was pretty close to the city center, and we didn't have trouble getting around from here.

This hotel was a great choice for my recent business trip. The rooms were brand new and spotlessly clean, with all the modern amenities I needed to stay comfortable. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide range of items on offer to suit all tastes. Plus, the presence of a small gym meant that I could easily keep up my exercise routine while I was away from home. Another great aspect was its proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore all that this lively, bustling destination has to offer.
The staff at the front desk could use a bit more training, as they seemed unsure about how to handle certain situations. there was no assistance offered with carrying luggage.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location pretty close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with bathrooms equipped with super soft sheets and nice bathing products. the gym, which was well equipped, was a definite plus, and the price was reasonable.
Further staff training was necessary to improve service, as there were reports of checkouts taking longer than they should have and poor communication from staff to guests.

The receptionist wasn't very helpful, and seemed to be in a bad mood. the checkout process was really slow and it took forever to get our invoice.
